Hey everyone, I've been hitting the gym for a while now, but I feel like I'm not getting the results I want. Can someone help me understand what I might be doing wrong in my fitness routine? So, I've been doing a mix of cardio and weight training about 4 times a week. I usually start with 30 minutes of cardio and then move on to different muscle groups with weights. As for my diet, I've been trying to eat clean – lots of veggies, lean proteins, and minimal processed foods.
