Taking a responsible approach to e-scooter sharing has always been at the forefront of Lime’s business. While the City is currently performing a study to evaluate the impacts of e-scooter share, we have made the necessary corrections to our operations in San Clemente to ensure the safe operation and proper service to the community. These corrections include: a) the cessation of collection & delivery of e-scooters at the central staging area on Wednesdays; b) the en masse ride cancellation of e-scooters for approximately 60 minutes; and c) increased police presence in and around Lime’s central staging area. In doing so, Lime has and remains committed to support and operate operating responsibly throughout our operations in San Clemente. This includes taking significant measures to correct previous and existing issues with the City, community, and employees. d2c66b5586
