My husband loves it with non-veg and I have made for my family many times. I have also made it into cakes and that too looks very tempting.

I have always enjoyed the idea of the cornmeal dumplings, but have never had the courage to make them. Once I read that they were similar to a totopo, I thought it would be a great excuse to make it. I modified the recipe to fit my microwave and was pleasantly surprised with the results. While the dumplings are not particularly pretty, they are delicious. As a kid I enjoyed them with sweetened condensed milk. I also like to make them for breakfast with a topping of cheese and tomato, as well as a topping of scallions and salsa.
