The Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6200 AGN wifi card seems to work fine until randomly syserror pop ups in which I will not be able to find it under wireless network connections. Windows 10 detects the card and it's properties as well as the driver iwlwifi-7260-4.ucode, which I have the file for. Looking on a different forum, the card does not seem to be compatible with the Windows 10 OS.
I have a Latitude E5405 running Windows 8. The laptop has an Intel Centrino Advanced N-6200 AGN driver adapter. However, on random occasions the computer fails to find it and so I am unable to make a wireless connection. Troubleshooting does not help as the network adapter does not appear in the network dialogue box.
I purchased 2 Intel 6200 advanced-N AGN wifi cards to replace the stock card in my HP pavilion g6 2299ea, simply for the 5GHz capability. I thought it would be a straight swap, install drivers and carry on abut my day but it has cost me an all-nighter and roughly 10-12 fresh installs of different Windows.
